KVKK Disclosure Statement

1. Data Controller

Under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Devexium ("the Company") in its capacity as data controller, within the framework explained below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:

  • Providing and developing the services offered by Devexium.
  • Delivering customer support services.
  • Personalizing your website experience.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations.
  • Responding to user requests.
  • Communicating for promotional and informational purposes (with explicit consent).

3. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data may be collected and processed:

  • First name and last name.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number.
  • IP address and browser information.
  • Location data (if location services are enabled).

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the following persons and institutions in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

5. Method of Data Collection and Legal Basis

Your data is collected electronically through the Devexium website, contact forms, email or cookies, and is processed based on the following legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • Explicit consent,
  • Establishment and performance of a contract,
  • The legitimate interest of the data controller.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed.
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose.
  • Know the third parties to whom data has been transferred, domestically or abroad.
  • Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data.
  • Request deletion or destruction of unlawfully processed data.
  • Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom data has been transferred.
  • Object to adverse outcomes resulting from analysis via automated systems.
  • Request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data.

To exercise your rights under the KVKK, you can submit your requests to [email protected] . Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
